If you read the "About us" page of the neganews.com website, you know that we warned you against believing or taking seriously, everything you read here. Whether you read it or not, this is your OFFICIAL warning.
We will not burden and bore you with the reams of legalese and disclaimers you find on those other news websites. (I wonder who reads all of that, anyway?)
We do not claim to be infallible, but neither are you; therefore, don’t come blaming us if you go off half-cocked and do something stupid as a result of reading this stuff.
We will attempt to give credit for anything that belongs to anybody else. If we don’t, call our hand, and we will apologize, credit, and/or grovel, as necessary.
As for anybody stealing OUR material, we cannot imagine anyone being that desperate; however, in case you do, please give us credit. We’re copyrighted, too. Thanks.
In order to avoid libel and slander suits, we will try to refrain from calling politicians liars and thieves, even though we realize that most of them are. (The same goes for stockbrokers, TV evangelists, and reporters.)
Once you link to another site, you’re on your own. Read THEIR disclaimers.
If we get letters to the editor and print them, that is somebody else’s opinion; however, we will make every attempt to filter out crud, filth, and downright lies.
Now for the privacy thing. We don’t care who you are so far as demographics, or trying to sell you something, is concerned. And the only COOKIES we know anything about come in a box.
That should about do it. If there’s a lawyer out there reading this who wants to give us some FREE advice, have at it. We will listen. But don’t bother to sue us. Since we can’t afford lawyers, you wouldn’t get much.
